So, what should be paid attention to after the operation of the sterilization pot?

1. It should be prevented from adjusting at will. The accuracy grade of pressure gauge and thermometer is 1.5, and the tolerance tolerance is normal.

2. Before each product enters the pot, the machine must check whether there are any people or other sundries in the pot. After confirming that there is no mistake, the product can be pushed into the pot.

3. After each product enters the pot, it is necessary to check whether the sealing ring of the boiler door is damaged or not, and then close the door after confirming it is normal.

4. During the operation of the equipment, the operator must monitor the operation status of pressure gauge, water level gauge and safety valve on site, and timely handle the problems found.

5. It is strictly forbidden to push and bump the product into or out of the pot to prevent the pipeline from being damaged and the temperature sensor is damaged.

6. When the equipment is running, the operator must find out the reason quickly and take corresponding measures.

7. When the operator hears the alarm at the end of operation, the control switch shall be closed in time, and the exhaust valve shall be opened at the same time, and the indication of pressure gauge and water level gauge shall be observed. The boiler door can be opened only after confirming that the water level and pressure in the pot are zero.

8. It is forbidden to operate with disease in the sterilization pan, inform the equipment maintenance personnel in time if there is any problem, and it is strictly forbidden to dismantle and repair it without permission.

9. When cleaning and cleaning equipment, the operation display screen shall be protected to ensure that the operation screen is dry and free of water.
